Police in Havant are seeking the whereabouts of a man who contacted an online seller on Middle Park Way to purchase an expensive gold chain.
The person then absconded with the item without paying last Thursday evening.
Police have released CCTV footage of a man they believe might have more information on the incident, he has been described as:
• White
• Aged 30-40
• Approximately 5ft 9 inches tall
• Large/muscular build
• Short, black hair
• Wearing a grey Boss cap, blue and white checked golfing jumper, black coat and blue jeans
• Speaking with a strong Irish accent
