Love to Move is specially designed to get older people moving and functioning better. Our classes achieve this by carefully integrating the use of gymnastic foundation skills, cognitive stimulation therapy and social interaction activities.
Love to Move is a fun, age and dementia friendly run class by our British Gymnastics’ Love to Move coach, Kat.
After your class enjoy refreshments, cake and plenty of time to have a chat.
