Four West Sussex County Council committee meetings will be postponed during the period of public mourning.
As a mark of respect following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, all formal County Council committee meetings are being postponed.
It comes after agreement among the Chairman of the Council as well as political Group Leaders.
The Performance and Finance Scrutiny Committee meeting which was due to be held on Friday morning was postponed, in addition to three more which were set to take place this week.
The affected meetings include the Governance Committee meeting, which was due to be held on 12th September.
Also affected is the Cabinet meeting due to be held on 13th September and the Health and Adult Social Care Scrutiny Committee which was set to t take place on 16th September.
All re-arranged dates and times of the postponed meetings will be shared via the Council's website and email alert system.
