Appeal after a boy is seriously injured in Firle collision

One month on from a major collision on the A27, a Sussex teenager remains in hospital.

The 17-year-old boy from Hellingly was seriously injured when the motorbike he was riding was involved in the collision with a car at Firle near Middle Farm on Sunday, the 15th of December.

A road closure and diversion route was imposed while emergency services worked at the scene.

Police are asking drivers to check dashcam footage to help them establish the cause of the collision.
