Sussex Police are issuing an appeal for information and witnesses after an incident in a local Worthing restaurant.
An appeal for information has been made by Sussex Police to help identify a man in connection with burglary and asssault.
The incident occurred in the KFC restaurant in Chapel Road in Worthing at about 6.30pm on the 10th July.
Sussex Police say that two workers were assaulted and an item was taken from behind the counter at the restaurant.
CCTV of a man officers wish to speak to has been issued in connection with the investigation.
The man is described as a mixed race man, aged in his 30s, and he wore a white hooded tracksuit top with a black and grey stripe, white tracksuit bottoms, and carried a small black shoulder bag.
