Compensation finally paid to Arundel couple

A husband and wife from Arundel have expressed their relief after finally receiving the compensation they were due.

It follows a blunder by a court that sent the payment to the wrong recipient.

Gilly and Nigel Cutts had taken legal action against a building owner over issues with a flat they purchased and won their case.

However, their local court mistakenly transferred £90,000 to one of the defendants instead.

The court service has since acknowledged the error, issued an apology, and ensured the couple received their rightful payment.
