Girls chased in Portsmouth

Portsmouth Police are investigating two suspicious incidents involving young girls.

Last Tuesday, an 11-year-old girl reported being chased by a man along Allaway Avenue at 7:30 a.m.

Shortly after, another 11-year-old girl was grabbed from behind by a man at the junction of Ludlow Road and Allaway Avenue.

It was reported that the man tried to take the girl's phone.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
