Man arrested after van smashed into Chichester Storefront

Police in Chichester say they have arrested a man following a report of a van going into a shop storefront in The Hornet.

A 39-year-old man was taken into custody on suspicion of failing to stop at the scene of a road traffic collision, driving while over the alcohol limit, failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, and the production of cannabis.

Anyone who saw what happened on Sunday night, or anyone with relevant information, can report it to Sussex Police online, quoting serial 1107 of 13/10.
