More to be Done to Clear Sub Postmasters Caught in Horizon IT Scandal

There’s concern that the government is not doing enough to clear the names of Sub Postmasters caught up in the Horizon IT scandal.

The Shoreham based National Federation of Sub postmasters say the new legislation to clear the names of those convicted via the Post Office will be overturned, but those convicted via the Department of Work and Pensions will be excluded.

They say 122 employees of the post office who were charged, prosecuted, and convicted resulting in lives being ruined will also be excluded.
