Selsey coastal defence plans revealed next month

Ways to stop coastal erosion and flooding around Selsey’s Peninsular will be discussed later next month.

Residents will get a chance to see some of the options and outline designs for the town's sea defences.

Chichester District Council were awarded funding from the Environment Agency, which is set to cost millions of pounds.

The ‘Selsey Coastal Scheme’ is now investigating what future defences could look like, and would like to engage with the local community to hear opinions and discuss the multi-million pound project.

📍 Location: The Selsey Centre PO20 0SE

Thursday 24th April 10am – 2pm
Friday 25th April 2pm – 7pm
