Witness appeal after woman assaulted in Portsmouth

Police are investigating an assault on a woman in Portsmouth.

The incident occurred on Thursday, the 7^th of November, at around 2:30 PM on Grafton Street.

A woman in her 30s was parked when a man pulled up alongside her car.

He repeatedly opened his car door, hitting her vehicle. When she asked him to stop, he verbally threatened her. As she put her hand out to block the door, the man opened it again, striking her.

Police are appealing for witnesses or information about the incident.
