Musical taste: All of it! One minute I'm dancing to Calvin Harris, then I'm rocking out to Guns N' Roses, and for a big finale I belt out something from Les Miserables!

How long have you been involved in radio: I started on Chichester Hospital Radio when I was 14! I've now been in the industry for over 15 years, working as a presenter and journalist and I'm often found talking about sport somewhere!

Best radio experience: Interviewing big stars like Take That, Samuel L Jackson and Eddie Redmayne is always fun, but the best bit about working in radio is talking to the local people in the community where you live who have amazing stories to tell.

Favourite part of West Sussex: Nothing beats a nice run along the beach from Bracklesham to the Witterings as the sun is going down.

What excites you about V2 Radio: Payslips. Oh yeah, and chatting to you, obviously!
