Penny Mordaunt says more than 300 doctors and nurses were recruited between September 2022 and September 2023.
The MP routinely hosts a health conference in the city, bringing doctors, health groups, and residents together to discuss local needs and healthcare priorities in Portsmouth.
The MP then uses the information gathered to lobby government ministers.
